Afiyah Pilates

Afiyah Pilates is a boutique women-only Reformer Pilates studio. We offer instructor-led Reformer classes and On-Demand Reformer sessions in a calm, private and welcoming environment, designed for women of all backgrounds and experience levels.

At its core, Afiyah is about intention. Every detail, every class and every experience is thoughtfully curated to create a sense of calm, comfort and quiet confidence. We created Afiyah to remove the subtle barriers that can make movement spaces feel uncomfortable or intimidating, so women can simply arrive as they are and focus on themselves.

Afiyah is for every woman seeking a more considered way to move, a softer rhythm and a space to return to herself.

Our services include:

• Instructor-led Reformer Pilates (Beginner to Advanced Reformer sessions)
• On-Demand Reformer Pilates
• Pilates memberships, class packs and casual sessions
